Kids Can Make a Difference campaign

​ A local radio station, 102.5 The River, is putting on the annual 'Kids Who Make a Difference' campaign in Cowley County. This campaign is designed to give recognition to kids who are making good choices and positive contributions in our neighborhoods, school and communities....
