Why am I getting scanning errors?Most probably the scanner selected is not the correct one. Always check if VRS has been selected on your scanner selection. Some scanners do not work with VRS. In such a situation try choosing 'Fujitsu 3093DG without VRS with AIPE' as an example. If VRS is supported then try using a selection such as 'Fujitsu 3093DG with VRS with AIPE'. If even after a reboot, the device is still not detected, try running the ASPI32.exe which you can download from www.Adaptec.com for the particular version of Windows you have e.g Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows 9x.
